Phase Two: Prep
Based on the roadmap from Phase One, we'll create an actionable plan to implement in your new system to tailor it to your client's specific needs. You'll receive pre-work homework to gather your digital collateral to be used for your set-up.
Phase Three: Implementation
I'll handle all the heavy lifting by building and deploying the new system for you. I'll configure, customize, and integrate the tools and technologies that align with your goals and workflows.

Which tool is best for me, ClickUp or Dubsado?A lot of times clients will come to me knowing they need to be in a system but can't decide which one is best. While both Dubsado and ClickUp have some overlapping features such as project management and time tracking, their primary focus and purpose are different. Dubsado is focused on client relationship management and business operations, while ClickUp is focused on project management and team collaboration. This is something I can help you decide on our clarity call.`

Are there any other fees to consider?ClickUp pricing starts with a free plan, and goes up to $19 per user per month for their business plan. Dubsado is $40 monthly.

Do I have to provide the copy for all of the emails and forms?While you are responsible for providing the final copy, I will provide basic templates to help you get started. You'll need to make final edits and revisions. Remember, you can always make changes to your copy even once we're completed.

How much time in total do I need to commit to this entire process?To get the most out of our two sessions together, it's important that you set aside some time to prepare beforehand. Allocating a minimum of 30 minutes to go through the materials we provide will ensure that you are fully prepared and ready to make the most of our time together. Additionally, we ask that you reserve 90 minutes to complete each questionnaire thoroughly. In total, we estimate that you will need to commit about 2.5 hours offline and 2.5 hours with me in live sessions. Of course, the actual time you'll need may vary depending on how quickly you learn and progress through the materials. That being said, we strongly encourage you to dedicate at least 6-7 hours to this process now. By doing so, you'll be setting yourself up for success and saving yourself valuable time in the future - ultimately making this investment totally worthwhile!
